I require an experienced Web Scrapper who is proficient in Python, for a project that involves crawling various websites, extracting data and processing it. The freelancer must demonstrate proven experience in managing extensive web scrapes.

Skills needed:

- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with large-scale web scrapping.
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX, HTTP, HTML, Javascript, and Networking.
- Demonstrated experience with crawling, extracting, and processing techniques and tools

Application requirements:

- Detailed description of past work related to large-scale web scrapes.
- Applicants should include project proposals that specifically speak to skills and experiences related to this activity.

Take note that Java and Javascript are not preferred for this project, proficiency in Python is a must-have.
