Expert Python Developer with AIOHTTP experience

This is a Python app, using aiohttp and aiohttp_jinja2 is used for templates.
We are a US-based development agency with a steady stream of apps & websites to build regularly.
Recently one of our clients came to us with a project where they had a team of outsourced developers build an app, however, they weren't able to finish it and they ended up abandoning the project.
I suspect there was some foul play involved too, hopefully the webapp wasn't sabotaged.
I need an expert developer who will be able to assess the situation and finish the app. From what I can tell, it's 90% there with some basic functions missing.
After that is done, we have another 3 apps lined up (with more to come) so we can guarantee long term stream of work if you're interested in staying with us.
