Expert Python Developer for SIMPLE dating app prototype

I need an expert Python developer to help me build a dating app prototype. This app is SUPER SIMPLE. Users only get one match per day. They receive a match at 12pm and the match expires at 8pm.

I need…

1. MATCH PAGE: See your match of the day profile
2. CHAT PAGE: Chat to your match of the day
3. MY PROFILE PAGE: View my own profile

4. EDIT PROFILE PAGE: Edit my profile photos, bio, and interests
5. CHAT MENU: Delete Match, Adjust Chat Bubble Color
6. SETTINGS: Adjust dating preferences, enable notifications, contact us link

I also need the admin control to manually create new profiles and manually assign matches.

This app does NOT require geo-location for matching profiles.
