Expert Odoo Team Needed for a Custom SaaS ERP for the Distribution Sector -- 2

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo developer or a dedicated development team to build a comprehensive, multi-tenant SaaS ERP system. This project is centered on customizing and fully white-labeling the Odoo platform to create a powerful, user-friendly solution branded as "برق الشمال." The system specifically targets distribution companies within Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region and must be engineered with a core focus on scalability, high performance, and robust security.
The primary scope of the project involves the development and customization of an integrated suite of modules tailored to the needs of distribution companies. It is essential to develop a complete accounting and finance system that supports a flexible chart of accounts, manages accounts receivable and payable, ensures full VAT compliance (experience with Saudi Arabia's ZATCA integration is a significant advantage), and includes fixed asset management and comprehensive financial reporting. The system will also feature an advanced Sales and CRM module covering the full sales cycle from quotation to invoice, complete with flexible pricing policies and customer credit limit management. Furthermore, the project requires a sophisticated inventory management module supporting multiple warehouses, batch and expiry date tracking with an alerts system, re-ordering rules, and streamlined stocktaking processes.
A critical aspect of this project is the development of a field sales and route management module, which must include a highly efficient mobile application for both iOS and Android. This app must feature an intuitive interface and perform effectively even when offline, with data automatically syncing upon reconnection. It also requires live GPS tracking, customer visit check-in/check-out functionality, and the capability for sales reps to issue and print invoices via a portable Bluetooth printer. The scope extends to include modules for fleet and expense management, human resources and payroll, and the delivery of smart reports and interactive dashboards for analyzing sales, inventory, and financial performance.
