This data will be integrated into our CRM to ensure ongoing updates and accurate property valuations for our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Zillow’s API to retrieve property valuations for large sets of data based on our existing property records.
Automate the process of fetching and updating estimated property values in our CRM system.
Develop efficient workflows for managing large volumes of data and automating property valuation updates.
Document the API integration process and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Zillow API (or similar real estate APIs) to retrieve property values.
Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages) for API integration, data processing, and automation.
Strong data management skills, particularly in handling large data sets.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve API-related issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems like Deal Machine, Property Radar, or similar platforms.
Experience in automating real estate data workflows and managing real estate property databases.
