Experienced programming tester : Unit test coverage

I am in need of an experienced programming tester to help with unit test coverage. The specific programming language I need tested is Python. I do not have existing tests yet, but I have a rough idea of what needs testing. I am looking for a tester who can achieve a test coverage between 75%-90%. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in software testing & debugging and should have experience in Python programming. I look forward to seeing your proposal!
