Experienced Python Developer Required

Hi,

Need a Python developer who knows the language AND best practices.
Someone who can code and deliver fast.

MUST HAVE:
Must have experience working with Postgres & Mongo DB
Must have experience working with Flask
Must have experience working with Jinja (Jinja templates)
Must have experience in defensive programming

This project will be split in to 4 parts
This will be part 1 which is to build a dashboard, simple one with the basic CRUD functions.
Create,
Update (Edit)
Delete
Read (Search)
functions

Need to be able to discuss requirements in advance.
Will need daily updates.
Someone who is flexible to change and will discuss potential issues in advance so we can have backup solutions ready in advance.

Code will need to be commented and as I said best practices used.

Like I said this is only one part of the project so please bid sensibly
