Existing PyTorch/Gradio web server, need a consultant to help get it running on Azure with a load balancer and auto-scaling

I am looking for a consultant who can assist me in getting my existing PyTorch/Gradio web server up and running on Azure with a load balancer and auto-scaling. Due to the nature of the service, it needs to scale relatively quickly, as I need users to be able to send audio in and have it processed within 30 seconds or so.
I already have things running decently locally, so I just need someone to go back and forth with me and troubleshoot issues and help me figure out the best way to manage scaling, etc. My current approach would be Azure AKS, but i'm open to other options.
