Excellent Python Developer needed for building a Forex analytics solution -- 2

I am a Forex trader and an ex-developer. I am in the process of building a trading analytics solution which will help retail traders gain insights into their trading performance.
This platform will connect to various Forex broker APIs and download trade data for users into our database using Python. We will then do a lot of ETL to process this raw data and put into a format that can be used for reporting. This will also be done through Python.
Finally, we will have a Laravel/Vue frontend which will connect to our backend to display the reports to users.
I have most of the database design ready and also the specification for first few Python jobs. I need a good Python developer (preferably someone who knows about trading in stock/forex markets) to start building out the ETL jobs
We will be using Amazon Cloud for this. The ETLs will be written as lambda functions and AWS layers will be used to stack up all the Python dependencies.
