Excel-to-WhatsApp Automation Tool -- 2

I have an Excel sheet packed with customer phone numbers and I need a streamlined way to push those contacts straight into WhatsApp without copying them one by one. The goal is a small, reliable utility—desktop script, web panel, or macro—able to:

• Read the existing Excel workbook exactly as-is.
• Let me compose one core message (I may tweak it later for personalisation).
• Attach images or documents to every outgoing WhatsApp chat.
• Fire the messages in bulk through WhatsApp (standard or Business) while respecting any daily limits and avoiding a ban.

A concise log or report showing which numbers were processed, delivered, or failed will help me track results. Please build it with a technology you’re comfortable supporting (Python + Selenium, WhatsApp Business API, VBA, Power Automate, or an equivalent). Just make sure I can run it on a Windows machine without complicated setup and update the Excel file whenever the contact list changes.

Acceptance is simple: load my sample sheet, trigger the tool, and watch WhatsApp open each chat with the supplied attachment correctly sent. A short walkthrough or read-me will wrap things up so I feel confident using it on future campaigns.
