Excel VBA extract data from PDF

Hello, i have alot of invoices which need to be submited to excel monthly basis, i am submiting it manually, i am thinking how to make the work easier, 30% of the Invoices is Img format, i am using Image OCR to copy value from Image and 70% is PDF format, i've tried using python script and OpenAi, but the result not very good.
I have idea, but i don't know it is possible or not.
Maybe excel have any shortcuts keys, which would fill the selected cell of the Column by specific key?
Example: I open Invoice.pdf, copy The Faktura number, and pressing "Shortcut Key" and the selected value appears in the specific cell of the column? Then same thing with invoice date, but different key and different cell of column? hope so my idea wil be understood, i really have big headache with alot of invoices with need to be submited manually.
