Excel PDF horse racing data

I'm looking for Excel experts to have Excel data generated from a Horse Racing PDF file . Having hard time finding Python developers who understand horse racing data so that is a must. Specifically, I need Race number, Horse name and post Position , Jockey name, highest speed rating from last 5, and Pace Move pulled from the PDF and provided in an Excel format. I have attached Word Doc with data and Formula info along with PDF file with 2nd race info Highlighted in Yellow for Data that needs to to extracted. Need to able to insert new data files each day when needed. Please to save time do a test before you say you can do it. I do it manually now so I know what the results should be. I'm hoping to have the data delivered as soon as possible but I am also flexible. If you have any questions or other details need to be addressed, please don't hesitate to get in contact.
