Event Budget Planner on Spyder (Console)

Hi, I need someone very experienced with how to code on Spyder (e.g. create CSV files with proper formatting) and making the necessary revisions for my codes to run smoothly. I already have a series of python codes for an event budget planner on Spyder but it has multiple errors and there are necessary amendments to be made - as attached. I am open to any suggestions you have on how to better improve the flow of the codes for the Event Budget Planner.
