Looking for an experienced python developer that can review machine learning code based on python. Must be experienced with python, artificial neural network, code analysis, pseudo-code etc. Upon completion of this project, I will expect the following deliverables:
Produce detailed description of the machine learning code solution e.g. processes, parameter settings.
