Establishing Human Performance Baselines for Software Engineering Tasks
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We’re seeking skilled software engineers to help establish human performance baselines on software engineering tasks for machine learning research, paid $50/hour base rate plus up to an additional $50/hour in bonuses.
We would first pay you to complete an assessment task. Strong performers will be invited to complete tens to hundreds of hours of additional tasks over the next 3 months.
Beyond the $50/hour base rate, for both the assessment task and additional tasks, we will pay $50/hour if you complete tasks better than 2/3rds of task-takers (highest score or lowest time, depending on the task). If no task-taker is able to successfully complete a given task, bonuses will be split between all task-takers.
We require strong general software engineer skills and English fluency; expertise in Python, cybersecurity/hacking/CTFs, or ML engineering are a bonus.
To apply, please let us know how many years of software engineering experience you have, what particular domain expertise you might have, as well as your availability over the next 3 months.
