Esp32 application

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Esp32 based application with the following requirements:

Functionality:
- Wireless communication for power monitor and control of various devices

Interface:
- looking for complete solution which includes embedded firmware along with mobile and web app

Programming Language:
- The preferred programming language for this project is Python

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Esp32 applications with wireless communication functionality
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Familiarity with mobile and web app development
