Error in Digital Ocean

I have a server in digital ocean that is build out with a python - selinum bot. This bot will post in a discord server. Everything worked fine 2 days ago. I thought the google chrome just needed to be updated, but it still is not working, Looking for someone to hire to monitor the system to ensure it is always up an running. very small project not much required, the file is supper small as well. not much to it, just don't know how to use digital ocean.
