Enigma2 Plugin Development for Timeshift on HDMI In
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a plugin for my Enigma2 (VU+ Ultimo 4K) using the Open Blackhole image (OpenPLi based). The purpose of this plugin is to enable the timeshift feature for HDMI In.
Under normal circumstances, Timeshift is only active for channel services and IPTV, but since the HDMI input functions as pass-through, this feature doesn’t work after opening this input via HDMI PiP or adding it to the channel list (bouquets) by pressing the Timeshift button.
Key Requirements:
- The installed image is Open Blackhole 5.4.1.007, which is available on the board OpenBH website.
- The plugin file must have the .ipk extension.
- The receiver model is VU+ Ultimo 4K with an ARM QuadCore processor (20,000 DMIPS), so the plugin must be compatible with this processor model.
- The plugin does not need to appear in the receiver menus after installation, as simply activating this feature is sufficient.
- The plugin must be written in Python.
- If you do not have access to a VU+ receiver, I can test it during the process.

- Extensive experience with Enigma2 and plugin development.
- Familiarity with OpenPLi is a must.
- Prior experience working on timeshift features highly desirable.
