Enhance current Python Flash App with Text Embedding and Pinecone.io

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer to enhance my Flash Python application. The goal is to integrate text embedding and Pinecone.io into the app, mainly to improve its chat functionality.
I have Python code that will go to a web page and retrieve a printer ready report It can return the document as HTML or as plain text I would like the plain text to use the current version of langchain.text_splitter and store the embeddings in a Pinecone.io vector database
I am doing this project in baby steps and I want to find someone I can work with. The Python code will need 2 POST commands One to retrieve the document , create the embeddings and store the database.
The second POST which I am not expecting yet is to ask a questions and get a response.
I will upload the code to the person selected DO NOT LOW BID then ask "what's your budget.
ALSO Please tell me you have done this before. I have but want another persons approach right now
