Enhance Python Program with Bell Ringing

For a project I've started, I need assistance from an experienced Python and tkinter developer who can take my half-finished application and enhance it. Knowledge in sound engineering will be beneficial. Your task will be to:

- Incorporate the ringing of a bell pattern, specifically Plain Bob Doubles. This pattern has already been written, but not yet linked to the user interface.
- I have the sounds connected to the buttons. I need the sounds to be played in the right sequence with the right time gaps, and only the bell the user chooses can be pressed by them for that running of the programme.
- Include a feature that allows a user to choose which bell they control
- Integrate the bell ringing pattern with specific buttons.
- Provide comprehensive comments throughout the code to explain how and why the utilized code works. I emphasize this as it is crucial for me to understand the code structure.
- The programme should provide a score for each round for how close to correct timing the user achieves, and an overall score at the end, and show the worst section.

In your bid, demonstrate your proficiency in Python, tkinter, sound programming and user interface design. Samples of previously developed Python programs will be an added advantage.
