Enhance My Lex Bot's Capabilities

I'm seeking a skilled developer to augment my Lex bot with a variety of features to improve its functionality. The bot currently only handles text-based inputs, but I'm looking to make it more versatile and capable of gathering more detailed user information.

Key Tasks:
- Implement new intents and slot types to broaden the bot's understanding and response capabilities.
- Integrate the bot with external APIs to enhance its functionality and interactivity.
- Refine the conversation flow to make it more engaging and intuitive for users
- add libraries to support conversation flow
- create an external area where to collect the unknown information so that we can train the bot how to answer
- create a form based input to add new information to the db
