Enhance GPT-2 Training for Better Outputs

I'm currently struggling with poor generation quality in my GPT-2 training project. I believe three key elements are contributing to this problem:

- Hyperparameters setting

To address this, I'm in need of an AI expert proficient in Python and experienced with the GPT-2 model. The current model has been trained on web articles. Therefore, the ideal freelancer should understand the nuances of deriving training data from web-based content, fine-tuning hyperparameters, and adjusting the model's architecture to enhance its performance.
