AI Engineer – CUSCEN ERP Model Training

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in experience in training AI models for CUSCEN ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fine-tuning and optimizing AI models to enhance our CUSCEN ERP product’s capabilities, including natural language processing, automation, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-process and structure CUSCEN ERP -related data for AI model training.
Implement AI-powered automation to enhance CUSCEN ERP functionalities like forecasting, recommendations, and chatbot support.
Optimize model performance for real-world CUSCEN ERP use cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Deploy AI models within our .NET-based CUSCEN ERP system and integrate them with our backend services.
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to align AI models with business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM fine-tuning, and AI for CUSCEN ERP systems.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with training LLMs.
Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Proficiency in Python for AI model training and C# .NET for integration.
Experience working with structured business data (e.g., finance, HR, inventory, sales).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI model deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines for AI deployment.
Prior experience working with CUSCEN ERP systems
