I am looking for a skilled developer to create an Energy Sales Conversational Voice Chatbot (in Italian) that can help me provide personalized product recommendations and sell energy products (electricity and gas) to my customers via phone calls. The machine learning bot must be able to manage open questions and answers, no menu/button based!
I suggest to use a SaaS pre-trained conversational model like ChatGPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer). I can provide thousands of vocal registrations of user-client conversations that can be used to train/customize the model on our specific needs.
