End to end fullstack website including database

I am looking for a fullstack website developer who can create an end-to-end website for me. The website will be used for chatting with specific clients and managing their activity. I have a clear idea of what I want the design and layout to look like, so I need someone who can work closely with me to ensure that the website looks and functions exactly as I envision it. I prefer to use a specific technology stack for my website, which I will specify later. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience with fullstack development, database management, and be able to bring my vision to life. Technology require: React in front end, Python in back end, database could be Mongo DB
