End to End machine learning application using Angular and python

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me build an end-to-end machine learning application using Angular and Python. The main goal of the application is predictive modeling. Though I do not have a specific dataset for the application, I have a source in mind. I would like the predictive model to optimize for MSE and MAPE.
