Employee Performance Feedback System in Python7
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a Python developer to create a flexible and structured feedback system, complete with a leaderboard. The primary aim of this system is to evaluate employee performance through both quantitative ratings and qualitative comments provided by managers and peers.
This system must be Python and be able to be added to our current Python Dashboard once complete.
You will have to provide me with a lightweight demo or example or a detailed written plan of how you intend to create this before i award you the project.
1. Each Person Giving Feedback Selects their name.
2. Based on their name, they are shown a specific list of employees to rate.
3. It must be very easy to change or add to the list of participants and who they must rate.
4. Each employee is rated on 7 categories (on a scale of 1-4).
5. Each Peron's personal global average is calculated using the Bayesian Average (Spreadsheet example provided)
6. Each Person is given an A B C rating based on where their global rating falls. i.e..: 20% bottom = C 10% Top = A or middle 70% = B
7. Each persons Global average for each value is displayed as a number in a Leader Chart.
8. There must be two charts, one for most valued player which is cumulative through the year. and one for the one months results.
9. There must b an archive where each past month and years results are saved and can be viewed.
