We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked with Panasonic Minas Servo Motor and Drivers.
We have selected the following hardware for our project:
Panasonic Minas Driver (MADLN05NE) - 4 No
Panasonic Servo Motor (MHMF092L1U2M) - 4 No
Delta Touch Screen (DOP-110WS) - 1 No
Iron Core Magnetic Drive - 2 No
Mitsubishi Driver (MR-J2S-10AMR-J5W3-222G) - 1 No
Panasonic Position Sensor (PM-F45-C3) - 1 No
Delta Touch Screen (DOP-110WS) will be used as the control panel to run all hardwares. (Kindly Note: We are not planning to use an additional PLC or micro controller).
Touch Screen will have the following options:
Servo Motor
Linear Motor
Linear Actuator
Color Sensor
Position Sensor
START / STOP / RESET
Clicking on each of the above will show all the units connected to that button.

The programming logic details:
When clicked on START button, all components will work based on the setting applied above in a sequence.
o Screen will show Pulley Alignment section
1. Screen will show a message Align Location / Start
2. If clicked on Align then, Servo Pulley will rotate Anti-Clockwise direction with 2RPM speed.
3. Servo Pulley will Stop when Position Sensor is activated and Position ONE will be saved. Servo Pulley will rotate again Anti-Clockwise direction with 2RPM speed till activated. This will be Position TWO. The process would be continued till Position THREE, Position FOUR, Position FIVE, Position SIX are saved.
o After Pully Locations saved, next section will be Servo-Hex alignment.
1. Screen will show a message Align Location / Start
2. If clicked on Align then, Servo-Hex will rotate Anti-Clockwise direction with 1RPM speed in very low torque. When motor stops moving the location will be marked as Max-Left. Servo-Hex will then move clockwise direction for 1 degree and this would be the Stop Point. Once Stop Point is saved, the Servo will rotate clockwise direction with 1RPM speed in very low torque. When motor stops moving the location will be marked as Max-Right. Servo-Hex will then move Anti-Clockwise direction for 1 degree and this would be the Start Point. This Locations would be saved.
o After Servo-Hex location saved, next section will be Linear Motor alignment.
1. Screen will show a message Align Location / Start
2. If clicked on Align then, Pipe-18 & Pipe-30 Linear Motor will move in very low torque speed still stopped. Once Stopped the location would be marked as the Max-Start. Linear Motor will move back by 1mm and the location will be marked as Start-Point. Linear Motor will than move to the other side in low torque till stopped and the location would be marked as the Max-End. Linear Motor will move back by 1mm and the location will be marked as End-Point. These Locations would be saved.
o After Linear Motor location saved, next section will be Servo-SL.
1. Screen will show a message Align Location / Start
2. If clicked on Align then, Servo-SL will move Anti-Clockwise direction with very low torque speed still stopped. Once Stopped the location would be marked as the Max-End. Linear Motor will move back by half rotation and the location will be marked as End-Point. Servo-SL will than move in Clockwise direction with low torque till stopped and the location would be marked as the Max-Start. Linear Motor will move back by half rotation and the location will be marked as Start-Point. These locations would be saved.
o After Servo-SL location saved, next section will be Servo-CR.
1. Screen will show a message Align Location / Start If clicked on Align then, Servo-CR will move Anti-Clockwise direction with very low torque speed still stopped.
2. Once Stopped the location would be marked as the Max-End. Linear Motor will move back by half rotation and the location will be marked as End-Point. Servo-CR will than move in Clockwise direction with low torque till stopped and the location would be marked as the Max-Start. Linear Motor will move back by half rotation and the location will be marked as Start-Point. These locations would be saved.
o After Servo-CR location is saved, next screen will have the following Buttons:
• Quantity (Pipe-18): Will have scroll bar to adjust from 0mm to 150mm
• Quantity (Pipe-30): Will have scroll bar to adjust from 0mm to 150mm
• Clean Piston
• START
CLICKING on Quantity (Pipe-18): If user sets a quantity as 0mm. When machine operation is started, Pipe-18 Linear Motor will move 0mm from the Start-Point. The amount selected by the user will be the amount the linear motor will move from the Start-Point. This position will be saved as Set-Quantity-18.
CLICKING on Quantity (Pipe-30): If user sets a quantity as 0mm. When machine operation is started, Pipe-30 Linear Motor will move 0mm from the Start-Point. The amount selected by the user will be the amount the linear motor will move from the Start-Point. This position will be saved as Set-Quantity-30.
CLICKING on Clean Piston will move both the Linear Motors of Pipe-18 & Pipe-30 to the End-Position.
Clicking on Start will do the following.
Servo-Pulley will rotate Anti-Clockwise direction and stop at Position ONE.
7) Once the Servo-Pulley stops:
a) The Linear motors will move to Set-Quantity-18 & Set-Quantity-30.
b) Once both Linear motor reach Set-Quantity the Servo-Hex would rotate to Stop Point.
c) Once Servo-Hex stops at Stop Point, both Linear Motors will move to Start Point.
Also,
8) Once the Servo-Pulley stops:
a. Servo-SL will move to End Point.
b. Servo-SL will move back to Start Point after 1.5 seconds.
Also,
9) Once the Servo-Pulley stops:
a. Servo-CR will move to End Point.
b. Servo-CR will move back to Start Point after 1.5 seconds.
Once 7, 8 & 9 points are completed the Servo-Pulley will move to the Position Two and also Servo-Hex will move to Start Point. Following this 7, 8 & 9 process is repeated.
We have not added the details required for the Servo AL, Servo LD Linear Actuator PI & Linear Actuator PO. These details will be provided later.
