Embedded Linux Firmware Developer needed for Tuya IoT
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Ive got a IO board made for RPI CM4.
Peripherals:
5x Proximity sensors (GPIO 5, 24, 23, 17)
2x RPi Cam Module v3
1x DC motor (24V 2A) DRV8874 (EN - GPIO13, PH - GPIO 18, nFAULT - GPIO 14, nSLEEP - GPIO 27
1x Microphone (IS2 MEMS, SPH0645, SPI0_CE0_N - GPIO 8, SPI0_MOSI - GPIO 10, SPI0_MISO - GPIO 9 - using all these on ALT4 function mode on CM4)
1x Amplifier + Speaker via mono PWM audio output on GPIO12
1x Press button (GPIO 11)
1x Status indicator LED (GPIO 25)
1x Temp sensor (GPIO 2)
As a cost saving solution I wish to change this Rpi CM4 to a Orange Pi CM4 using the same IO board. Orange Pi CM4 has one ALT1 function.
The question is if I can really interchange RPi with OPi CM4.
Scope of this project:
* Writing a custom firmware based on Python, Armbian or Orange Pi OS.
* The main task would be to test all functionality of the connected inputs & outputs on this IO board with OPi CM4.
* Install & setup Tuya IOT Link SDK as I want to use Tuya panel to control this IO board. (Creating & configuring Tuya panel on https://developer.tuya.com/ is not part of this project.) You just need to install Tuya IoT Link SDK and test all peripherals work with Tuya SDK. You have to ensure that Tuya iOT communicates & work with all peripherals.
* I also want to connect the MUTE pin found of the amplifier 5128D - VS8871.
Im not looking for someone who can only copy & paste codes found online! I need someone who can really troubleshoot this IO board with OPi CM4 and can fix all firmware & software related problems. I will ignore any copy & paste applications. In order to consider any offers you need to reply me if the mentioned GPIO pins of the Microphone (IS2 MEMS, SPH0645, SPI0_CE0_N - GPIO 8, SPI0_MOSI - GPIO 10, SPI0_MISO - GPIO 9 will also work with Opi CM4 on the very same GPIO pins.
