AI Email Scraper for Suppliers, distributors and manufactures in USA and Canada

I need a web-based AI solution that can automatically search the public web and industry directories to collect verified email addresses for suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers located in the United States. The scope covers every category I work with—product-based, service-based, and raw material–based companies—so the crawler has to recognise and retrieve data from a wide variety of sources, including trade association sites, marketplace listings, government registries, and company websites.

Core requirements
• Automated searching: the system must decide where to look, follow links, and extract contact details without manual prompts once criteria are entered.
• Data points: company name, contact person (if available), role, email, phone, website, physical address, and industry tag.
• Accuracy: deduplicate results and run email validation so bounced or catch-all addresses are minimised.
• Output: downloadable CSV and an online dashboard where I can filter, sort, and export by state, industry, or company size.
• Compliance: respect robots.txt, rate limits, and CAN-SPAM.
