Email Pair Analyzer Tool Development

I need an experienced Python developer to create a tool for analyzing large email:password lists. The tool will check authorization via an unofficial API and filter working pairs.

Key requirements:
- Load email:password (txt) list
- Check access to platform
- Proxy support (both HTTP and SOCKS), IP rotation
- Multithreading (10–100 threads)
- Error handling (timeouts, blocking, captcha)
- Output files: hits.txt, bad.txt, log.txt
- Simple config file (threads, pause, sources)
- CLI interface (terminal)

Important considerations:
- Handle large files (up to 5 million lines)
- No external libraries without approval
- Secure logging
- Expected speed: 1,000–2,000 lines per minute
- Payment based on correct tool functionality
