Objective:
Build a turnkey, faceless affiliate ecosystem for Soloverse and partner SaaS tools—covering funnel design, affiliate dashboard, automation, analytics and ongoing optimisation

1. Scope of Work
1. Strategy & Architecture
• Audit existing affiliate stack and recommend additional high-ROI partners.
• Design end-to-end funnel blueprint (lead gen → nurture → conversion → retarget).
2. Technical Implementation
• Configure funnel platform (Systeme.io/GrooveFunnels) with custom pages, forms and affiliate dashboard.
• Integrate email/CRM (ConvertKit) with tag-based automations via Zapier/Make.com.
• Develop tracking (GA4/GTM, affiliate link UTM rules, Facebook/LinkedIn pixels).
3. Automation & Reporting
• Build Zapier/Make workflows for lead routing, affiliate payout alerts, ad-audience sync.
• Create a monthly Python dashboard to pull affiliate earnings CSVs and visualise KPIs.
4. Content Integration
• Implement dynamic content modules on blog posts for 5–10 affiliate inserts per post plus hero features.
• Ensure site performance and SEO best practices (page speed, schema, on-page tags).
5. QA & Launch
• End-to-end testing: form submissions, email flows, link tracking, ad conversions.
• Rollout plan with staged traffic and monitoring guidelines.
6. Ongoing Optimisation (Optional Retainer)
• Weekly performance reviews; A/B test landing page elements and email copy.
• Quarterly partner mix refresh and commission negotiation support.

3. Required Expertise
• Affiliate Platforms: PartnerStack, Impact, Systeme.io or GrooveFunnels
• Automation: Zapier, Make.com, API integrations
• CRM & Email: ConvertKit (tags, sequences), MailerLite as fallback
• Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM best practices
• Development: HTML/CSS for page customisation, basic JavaScript
• Data & Reporting: Python scripting for CSV processing, dashboarding (e.g. Matplotlib/pandas)
• SEO & Performance: Schema markup, page-speed optimisation
