Q&A System Development using openai

We are looking for a skilled developer to build a part of our web-based application that helps students practice answering predefined questions. The system should work as follows:
When the student clicks a button, they will hear an audio question.
The student will then record their answer, and the recording will be stored.
The student should be able to play back their recorded answer.
The recorded answer will be sent to the ChatGPT API (via Python) for correction.
ChatGPT will return a corrected version of the answer in text form, which will be displayed on the screen and also played as audio to the student.
Key Technologies:
Python: For handling OpenAI API calls (ChatGPT interaction).
PHP: For backend processing and managing the flow between the student's interaction and the ChatGPT API.
HTML/CSS/JavaScript: For the front-end interface where the student will interact with the system (optional, if you can provide front-end support).
Audio playback/recording: Manage both question playback and answer recording/playback.
Requirements:
Experience with integrating the OpenAI API using Python.
Experience with backend development using PHP.
Ability to handle audio recording and playback in a web-based application.
