Ecommerce for a PetShop developed in Python, React and Django and postgresql

We need a simple project, a web application for an e-commerce Pet Business, which sells: food, toys, clothes and other products for dogs, cats and other pets.
The system only allows modify inventory and use credit/debit card payments via the webpage and it uses the local Chilean Banking network (through external APIs called Transbank and Khipu).
The user must use their National ID number (RUT) as part of their Registration.
It should be developed in Python, Javascript, React and Djando and Postgresql and the code must include extensive inline documentation for the functions, variables, etc (code comments).
