ETL job in AWS for importing Excel documents into Table

I need an AWS ETL Glue Job written with Python that will process uploaded Excel files and store the data in AWS database (Redshift or the like).
The target environment will be an AWS playground I posess.
Acceptance criteria would be: I upload an Excel file of predefined format, and after ETL job runs, I see the data having been imported in the database table.
Please mention word "palyanytsya" in your application, so I know you've read this description thoroughly. Knowing what it is would be a plus.
