ESP32 Time Announcer via Old Phone

Job ID: 38695068

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I'm looking for an ESP32 project that interacts with an old mobile phone to detect a pulse and announce the current time through the phone's ear piece.

Key Requirements:
- The old phone will be used to trigger the time announcements based on pulse detection.
- The time should be announced using text-to-speech conversion.
- All time announcements should be in English.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in working with ESP32 modules.
- Experience with interfacing with mobile phones, particularly old models.
- Knowledge in implementing text-to-speech conversion.
- Programming skills for pulse detection and time calculation.

This project involves hardware and software integration, so experience in both areas is beneficial. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.

What im trying to acheive is, i have and old phone, i want to remove the internals but keep the wires for the pulse dialer. and the handset down / up.
I would like to wire the 2 pulse wires to gpio pins, then the earpiece to the esp32 aswell.
So pick up the headset and it turns on the esp instantly, then i dial the talking clock number 1910 , it then says the current time and date on the earpiece speaker.

I have references to voices, the original australian talking clock etc.
