ERPNext personalization and minor customization.

I'd like to move my current ERP Next system to either AWS or some other provider. It is currently on Xen Server but I'd like to have a more production system than a sand box.

We also have requirements to personalize and modify ERPNext in the work flow and forms and how some modules calculate certain items (price per lb calculating total vs total and qty calculating price per lb).

We have just started using the system so it shouldn't have a significant amount of data to move.
