ERPNext Update required from Version 12 to Current Stable Version and move Current Customizations to a Custom App.
Need to develop Custom App and move Customizations from Current Version of ERPNext (All Customizations done directly to the server). Also want to migrate data to the new version.
All the changes were done on the server directly as and when erp was implemented started working in the same version.
