First, prepare a scope document.
Stable installation of ERPNext to our own cloud server (including Docker, with all assets like SSL, Remote Database, automating backups to Google Drive, enabling/managing backups.
Full configuration and customization to get up & running the services domain business for all business processes for the following modules,
1 - Basic Accounts
2 - Full HR and Payroll
3 - Basic CRM
4 - Import data from existing legacy software
Training of key users and stakeholders.
Support the above for 3 months. Later we can engage in an AMC.
