ERPNext SAAS Base ERP and POS Solution Cover to cover Retail related ERP with POS complete retail industry

I am looking for SAAS ERP with Point of Sale (POS) need a cloud base SAAS ERP system with point of sale module and feature and include all ERP feature idea is to create account on cloud saas application and giving them offline pos module also so it will synch with server

Details scope of work
1. SAAS ready online with website like competitor site i provide full ERP next rebranding and customized and build necessary module as per retail requirement business industry i mention Retail - Restaurant - Service - and Trading clients who will use full ERP module during registration we will enable module selection and based on its price will add
2. ZATCA Integration as per Phase 1 and Phase 2 Complete ZATCA requirement implementation as per government requirement
2. offline version windows complete SAAS dependent POS and some transaction we will allow the user to reduce pressure from server adding product adding customer doing sale and doing purchase from offline version report and all will maintain from server only android version online offline synch we will allow adding product adding customer doing sale and doing purchase from android offline version
4. Prepare standard on premise version for retail with to which can be server version also this for on premise who have multi branch and who want system on their server
Project: End to End Solution make quotation
2nd Maintenance Contract: after project done after handover and we take control we want maintenance Contract where you manage server monitor for down time fix error necessary module update as per customer feedback application level update as per feedback from user we don’t offer customization to our saas clients but when see like more than 50 customer ask for same feature update we implement that new feature to system we will decide a monthly charge or clients wise profit sharing model for per clients wise
Module should cover full ERP module Related to Retail sector we are covering all kind of retail industry like super market large and small grocery store spare part shop hardware store electronic store mobile repair shop food industry like restaurant service business saloon car workshop business industry for b2b Billing purpose like all advertising agency printing press consultancy company etc Sales Purchase Expense Inventory Accounting Asset management Customer relationship management (CRM) Human resource management (HRM) Payroll Project management Purchasing Sales management Warehouse management system Rental Website ecommerce Shipping Repair module (for repair service) Manufacture in terms of restaurant

Must include support 1 year any kind of bug generate in system along with development
Application build for large data support we will deal 3000 to 5000 client’s application should capable for handling large customer and support bulk transaction
