ERPNext, Frappe development

Our customer is introducing ERPNext and migrating from JTL (https://www.jtl-software.de).
Required skills:
ERPNext experience
Frappe experience
Experienced with custom app development for ERPNext
Experienced with Python
Data migration
Able to work agile with standups 2-3 times per week max. 15 min.
The project will be organized in issue tickets on GitLab (custom installation). Each ticket must be estimated. Development has to be documented.
Know-How transfer is mandatory.
We have 3 ERPNext instances, development, test and production. Our work will be done in the development environment.
