ERPNext Customization & Optimization Specialist

Project Overview:
We are seeking experienced and skilled freelance ERPNext customization specialists to help us tailor our ERPNext system to meet our specific business needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Customization: Develop and implement custom modules, fields, reports, workflows, and scripts within the ERPNext framework.
2. Integration: Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and services as required.
3. Optimization: Optimize ERPNext performance and ensure system stability.
4. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of customizations to ensure functionality and reliability.
5. Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for all customizations.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
7. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERPNext customization.
8. Best Practices: Adhere to ERPNext best practices and coding standards.
9. Version Control: Utilize Git or other version control systems effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in customizing ERPNext.
2. Strong understanding of Python and Frappe framework.
3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
4. Experience with database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
5. Knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes.
6. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and1 collaboration skills.
9. Experience with Git or other version control systems.
10. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.. Experience with the following ERPNext modules: (List any modules you are specifically focusing on, such as ---Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.)
