ERPNext Automatic Pricing Rule

We'd like a developer who will create an ERPNext Server or Client script that will automatically create a Selling Price List based on a Buying Price List + Pricing Rule Margin. Script is required for hosted ERPnext instance so unsafe functions or direct DB access is not possible.

1. New Buying Price Created OR Buying Price Updated OR Margin Updated
2. Selling Price List should be updated
