EMR Project

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my EMR project. The project will be develop in flutter framework for frontend and python or java in backend. Flutter is used as we are targeting Desktop, Web and Mobile platform for this project. The user are admin, doctors, doctor’s staff, patients. This means that all users will have limited access to the EMR data and will be able to make updates and adjust information as per access. I am looking for someone with experience in development of an EMR project and who has the ability to make sure the project is implemented and running smoothly.
