ELK / Open Search developemt expertise with ELT pipeline experience

I am looking for an expert in ELK and open source development who has experience with ELT pipeline development. My project requirements include the use of an ELT pipeline uniquely tailored to my specifications, and I am looking for a viable solution for the project within a 2-4 week timeline. Applicants should have extensive experience and knowledge of both ELK and Open Source engine to adequately complete the project.
