ECG Image to Digital Signal Conversion -- 2

I need a model to convert PNG ECG images into digital ECG signal values, matching the format of the PTB-XL database on PhysioNet.

Requirements:
- Input: PNG ECG images
- Output: Digital ECG signals in specified format (see link)
