ECG Data Digitization Tool
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I need a command-line executable to automate the digitization of electrocardiogram reports using the existing open-source project: https://github.com/UMMISCO/ecgtizer.
Requirements:
- Wrap the automated usage to allow:
- Input parameter for source files path (required)
- Input parameter for output path (optional, defaults to source path)
- All switch options of the original open-source solution as optional command-line parameters
- Create a Windows executable (.exe) without external dependencies
- Custom error messages during execution
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience (strong skills) with Python
- Familiarity with command-line interfaces
- Experience creating executables for Windows
- Ability to integrate custom error handling
