Dynamics 365 & Scan Source API Integration

I'm looking for a professional who can integrate the Scan Source API with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The goal is to leverage an Order Number to pull back tracking numbers for each order, which can contain multiple tracking numbers.
Key Requirements:
- Use of an appropriate programming language, ideally C#, JavaScript, or Python, to facilitate this integration.
- Ensuring tracking information is returned into MS Dynamics.
- Setting up an automated email to be sent to customers as soon as tracking information is available. The email should include order details and tracking numbers.
