Dynamic and interactive plot using polygon.io

I would like to create a dynamic and interactive graph. I mean I wish I could write the symbol and the program will visually show me the price in real time. Can you program this in python using the websocket from polygon.io. You will see in attach files what I want. I want it that way and updating when it gets the real time data.
