Dynamic Web scraping project into tabular format

I need help with a dynamic Web scraping project. The data is on Truckstop.com - a load board for trucking companies. I'd like to be able to copy/paste or capture data in tabular format (XLS). The results page is dynamic and the text cannot be selected - see image and video in the attachments.
I'm looking for a solution that I can use on an ongoing basis - not one time. I hear Python-based BeautifulSoup library can do the job but I'm open to any technology that I can use on a daily basis to capture the specific load searches that I'm looking for.
